TERMS OF SALE

Welcome to Ceci Studio! Please take a moment to review our Terms of Sale for memberships, class packages, personal training sessions, events, and workshops.

1. Introduction AND Overview

These Terms of Sale apply to all services provided by Ceci Studio, including our memberships, class packages, 1:! sessions, and any workshops or events. By using our services or booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Class Terms

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through Mindbody, unless otherwise agreed.

You must be 18+ to attend, unless agreed otherwise in writing for 1:1s.

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts, especially if it's your first time. Due to the studio’s layout and for the safety and experience of all clients, late entry is not possible once class has begun.

Class availability is limited. We offer 7 reformers for an intimate and personalised experience.

Grip socks are required. Please also complete our PAR-Q and waiver before attending. These can be done online or in person at the studio.

We offer a filtered tap for water bottle refills.

Let your instructor know of any injury, or anything that could affect your ability in class.

3. Class Credits / Packages

All class packages have a specific validity period from the date of purchase:

Intro Pack (3 classes): valid for 1 month, one-time offer.

3 Pack: valid for 4 weeks

5 Pack: valid for 6 weeks

10 Pack: valid for 12 weeks

20 Pack: valid for 24 weeks

Expiry dates are fixed and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be frozen.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical), please contact us and we may be able to offer a validity extension.

4. Membership Terms

Memberships are a monthly wellness subscription (available in 4, 8 or 12 class options).

A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

After 3 months, you can cancel or change your membership with 1 month’s written notice.

Membership credits do not roll over.

You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year (e.g. travel, medical leave), with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-shareable.

If you wish to attend more classes than your plan includes, you can buy drop-ins or a class pack.

5. 1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions must be booked through email (hello@example.com) and paid for in advance.

Valid for 3 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.

24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Non-refundable, non-transferable.

6. Workshops AND Events

All events must be prepaid and are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, we may allow a one-time transfer of your place to another person or future event (discuss with us in advance).

Please arrive early, as doors will close at the start time and late entry will not be possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling classes and 1:1 sessions.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the session.

No extra fee is charged, but the session will be deducted from your package or membership.

8. REFUND Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds are only offered in very specific circumstances (e.g. system error) and always to the original payment method.

9. Health AND Liability

Participation in our classes is at your own risk.

We recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine.

By attending Ceci Studio, you confirm you are fit to participate or have been medically cleared.

All clients must complete a PAR-Q and liability waiver before attending.

Ceci Studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Studio Code of Conduct

Please treat all instructors, staff, and clients with kindness and respect.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Repeated violations of our policies may result in removal from the studio.

11. Data & Privacy

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data will never be shared or sold.
