A little commitment to yourself. A whole lot of love from us.
We know that life gets busy, and finding time for yourself isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve created our Ceci memberships, to help you build a consistent routine that feels good, so you can carve out that dedicated time for yourself and something to look forward to each week.
Whether you’re joining us once, twice or three times a week, we’ll help you find your rhythm and get the very best value from your classes. And because being a Ceci member means being part of something a little bigger, we’ve added some lovely extras just for you.

Good to know
How our memberships work, simply put.
Which memberships are there?
Three: The Little Ritual (6 classes a month), The Sweet Spot (8 a month) and The Ceci Ritual (12 a month). Your classes renew each month on the day you joined.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, memberships have a minimum of 3 months, so you have time to settle into your rhythm.
Can I pause my membership?
Of course. Life happens. You can pause for up to two months a year, for holidays, injury or busy spells.
How do I cancel?
Give us one month's notice after your first 3 months, and your membership ends after that month.
How do I book and manage my classes?
Everything is in your Ceci account: book classes, join waiting lists, cancel up to 24 hours before for your class back, and see how many classes you have left this month.
How do I use my member benefits and partner discounts?
Just show your Ceci membership in your account at the studio, The Cocoon or any of our local partners, and the discount is yours.
How do guest passes work?
You get one guest pass a year for every class in your monthly membership: 6 with The Little Ritual, 8 with The Sweet Spot and 12 with The Ceci Ritual. Use them to bring a friend to a class with you.
